IECI’s Pioneer is an innovative system for controlling different channels independently. In combination with a pressurised water control unit or mould cooling systems, it allows differentiated temperature control on each individual channel. The system measures the return temperature of the channels and controls the flow through the use of pneumatic or proportional valves. The Pioneer system can work with pressurised water up to 180\u00b0C and is a modular system with 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 or more channels. The combination of several Pioneers can lead to a control of more than 100 channels entirely managed by a single control panel. <\/span><\/p>\n
